A significant feature of this 8-2-12 fertilizer is the macro-nutrients, such as nitrogen (N), potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg), are in slow release form. These slow release macro-nutrients break down slowly, keeping them readily available to plants during the 2 to 3 month interval between fertilization applications. Many other 8-2-12 fertilizers do not contain slow release forms of macro-nutrients, making them far less beneficial and sometimes even detrimental to your landscape.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION RATE: Apply up to 1.5 lbs. of 8-2-12 granular fertilizer with micronutrients per 100 sq.ft. of palm canopy area, flower bed area or landscape area.
