A unique 3-in-1 combination of potassium, magnesium, and sulfur. Premium K-mag granular is totally water soluble: providing potassium, magnesium and sulfur in a form readily absorbed by plants, trees, shrubs and turf. Yet, because of its crystalline nature, K-mag dissolves gradually throughout the growing season, thus providing a continuous source of nutrients.

is now offering this 25lb. bag of 0-0-22 Premium K-Mag commercial grade fertilizer. We recommend using this all-natural fertilizer as a supplement to our 8-2-12 fertilizer on palms, trees, shrubs and turf that display nutritional deficiencies. It will stimulate root growth and provide a needed dose of potassium (K), magnesium (Mg) and sulfur (S). It can also be used as a stand-alone fertilizer supplying a unique and perfectly balanced package of three essential nutrients - potassium (K,) magnesium (Mg) and Sulfur (S) in the highly available water-soluble sulfate form.
K-Mag is the commercial name for the mineral otherwise known as sulfate of potash-magnesia. It contains 22% soluble potash, 22% sulfur and 11% magnesium. As a quick release source of potassium, K-Mag makes a good addition to soils that lack sulfur. It is virtually 100% water soluble, meaning the palms, trees, shrubs and turf have access to three essential nutrients: Potassium is essential for protein synthesis and protein formation. It improves flavor and color of fruits and vegetables and promotes drought tolerance, hardiness and disease and insect resistance. Magnesium is necessary for optimal plant health. It is the central component of chlorophyll, the pigment molecule responsible for absorbing sunlight during photosynthesis. Sulfur helps to acidify the soil and helps build proteins in plants, trees and turf. Because it is in the sulfate form, it aids root growth and promotes vigorous turf and plant growth.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION RATE:
As
a supplement to our 8-2-12 fertilizer, apply 1lb. for every 4lbs. of 8-2-12. As a stand-alone fertilizer, apply 1 lb. of 0-0-22 Premium K-Mag fertilizer per 100 sq.ft. of palm canopy area, flower bed area or landscape area.

is now offering this 25lb.bag of 8-2-12 commercial grade fertilizer recommended by the University of Florida.
A significant feature of this 8-2-12 fertilizer is the macro-nutrients, such as nitrogen (N), potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg), are in slow release form. These slow release macro-nutrients break down slowly, keeping them readily available to plants during the 2 to 3 month interval between fertilization applications.
Many other 8-2-12 fertilizers do not contain slow release forms of macro-nutrients, making them far less beneficial and sometimes even detrimental to your landscape.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION RATE:
Apply up to 1.5 lbs. of 8-2-12 granular fertilizer with micronutrients per 100 sq.ft. of palm canopy area, flower bed area or landscape area.
